Personal

Rajer and Kathy Shah have worked together since 1989 and married since 1991. They have two young children, Hailey and Justin.

While family is most important in Rajer's life, he also enjoys tae kwon do, biking, tennis and travel. As a black belt in Tae Kwon Do, Rajer enjoys teaching adults and children, and helping them achieve confidence and a healthy balance in their lives.  Rajer is also active with the local Little League and coaches his son's team.

Serving his community is a priority with Rajer.  Rajer is very active in volunteering and fund raising activities for his local elementary school. Rajer is the legislature chairperson for his local school District 107.  Also, he is an active member of the Strategic Planning Core Team of District 107.  This committee is comprised of community leaders with the purpose of increasing the academic and personal success of it's students.
